I was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and have now been rooted in Newport Beach, California, since 1999. I’m a faith-filled woman, mother, grandmother, and lifelong seeker of discovery and truth.

​For years, I poured myself into every role — striving, serving, surviving. Somewhere along the way, I looked in the mirror and barely recognized the woman staring back. I had given so many pieces of myself away that I was left depleted, overwhelmed, and spiritually broken.

But God was working.

​

I’ve been on a journey of healing, spiritual awakening, and rediscovering the identity He placed within me. Like the Japanese art of Kintsugi, which fills the cracks of broken pottery with gold, God filled every fracture in my soul with His light, love, and purpose. He took every loss, every fire I walked through, and used it to shape me into a guide for others.​

Now, I walk alongside women who are ready to wake up. Not just wake up spiritually, but wake up to the truth of who they are in Christ. Not the version the world expects, but the powerful, radiant, Spirit-led woman God designed them to be.

I'm the founder of Girl, Know Your Power — a faith-based transformational coaching program created to help women break generational patterns, reclaim their identity, and reconnect to God's purpose for their lives. It’s about more than empowerment — it’s about identity. The identity the world tries to strip away... and the one God is always calling us back to.

I’m also the creator of MoonShine Creations — handmade, faith-inspired jewelry designed to reflect God’s light and serve as wearable reminders of who you are and why you’re here. Each piece is created with intention and a prayer, meant to spark conversations, courage, and deeper connection.

I have over 20 years of coaching experience in the Experiential Training and Life Transformation arena. Being surrounded and trained by some of the best trainers in the field, I've had the opportunity to personally coach hundreds of people over the years, including "at-risk" teens, revealing their unique qualities and greatness. 

 

My approach blends spiritual truth with practical transformation. It’s intuitive, Christ-centered, and results-focused. I don’t believe in surface-level fixes. I work with the whole woman—heart, mind, body, soul, spirit, and relationships.
